 any bizarre weather where you are this year?

We have had record ice storms in the winter and no we are having record rainfalls. I hope this doesn't mean we will have record heat.

 Here in Belgium it should be summer, but it looks like fall for over several weeks now... we are hoping the sun is coming soon....
I find seasons are changing, it is very strange....
